The friendly neighbourhood healing space, with your peace and comfort in mind.

A little bit about us…

Welcome to Grant Street Wellness! We are a boutique wellness clinic located on a quiet street just off Commercial Drive. We provide Acupuncture, Massage Therapy and other complementary healthcare services. We pride ourselves in serving the local community by creating a clean, welcoming, compassionate, caring and healing environment for our neighbours, patients and practitioners. We work in collaboration with each other and with other healthcare professionals around the city to give you the comprehensive care you need to feel balanced and well in your everyday life.

Simplicity is the key to brilliance

We’re passionate about helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies, no matter what stage of life they’re in.

Our goal is to provide therapeutic results alongside deep relaxation in an environment designed to support both. Our East Van clinic feels warm, cozy, and close to home. Our patients are neighbors, friends, professionals, athletes, parents, grandparents - anyone seeking to de-stress, recover from an injury or simply take the time to relax and do something nice for themselves. You don’t have to be in acute pain or be an elite athlete to benefit from complementary and preventative healthcare like Massage Therapy and Acupuncture.

“I have received excellent care at Grant Street Wellness everytime. The clinic itself is spotless and the practitioners are trauma informed and patient centered. A beautiful place to retreat in East Van.”

Kirsten runs a great operation. Her massage technique is a perfect mix of therapeutic and relaxation, and the space is clean and comfortable. Would recommend!!

“Grant Street Wellness Clinic is my favorite place to relax, it has such a warm and comforting atmosphere.”

“Do yourself a favour and book an appointment. Kirsten was an absolute delight, and so unbelievably good at her job. I would have stayed forever if they let me.”

"Releasing any tension and bringing calm to your body is the first step in restoring wellness. You can’t heal your body if you don’t pay attention to it. Bringing your mind home to your body, you become established in the here and the now. You have a chance to be aware, without judgment, of any pain, tension, or suffering in your body. This is the beginning of healing."
